Exercise and moving our bodies is very important for all of us right now, especially when it comes to the stress and anxiety many of us are in feeling during this pandemic. Whether you choose to get outside for a walk, hike or bike ride or stay inside and try an online workout program try to stay active, eat healthy and get enough sleep.

Note: When starting any new activity proceed with caution, especially if you're new to working out. Start slowly and stop immediately if you experience any pain. If you are unsure about anything talk to your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.
