Dr. Sarah Lashley PT, DPT attended the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico, earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Global Business Management. She worked for an inside sales company doing data analysis and reporting before obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in December 2018.
Sarah values treating the whole person and understands how pain experience affects an individual’s overall health and wellness. She has experience treating individuals with various orthopedic conditions, post-concussion syndrome, and balance difficulties. Sarah uses a combination of a specific exercise and manual therapy, including functional dry needling, to restore those she treats to optimal function.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys being outside with her husband and 2 Labradors, whether she is skiing, rock climbing, hiking, or trail running.
